Do you know the types and characteristics of fabrics?

There are different kinds of PFP fabrics and belong to different categories. There are two types of fabrics - natural and man-made. As the name suggests, natural fabrics come from nature. Its sources are silk cocoons, animal skins and different parts of plants, namely seeds, leaves and stems. The natural fabric category has a long list of similar products.
Cotton - Mainly used in summer, cotton is soft and comfortable. Did you know that cotton is the most breathable fabric? It absorbs moisture and makes it breathable.
Silk - Silk is the smoothest and most popular fabric. It is also the strongest natural fiber. One of its many features is its ease of dyeing due to its high water absorption. Because of its ability to absorb moisture, it is also great for summer. It does not wrinkle or deform.
Wool - something that keeps us alive even in the harsh winter, otherwise we would collapse and die. The fleece also absorbs and releases, making it breathable. Because it is an insulator, it is very warm. It doesn't pick up dirt easily, so you don't need to wash it every time you wear it. It's sturdy and doesn't tear easily. It is also dust-proof and flame-retardant. Wool is strongest when dry.
Denim - it's heavy. Denim is very popular. Denim jackets, pants and jeans are more popular. It is made of tightly woven cloth and, like most fabrics, is also breathable. It is more durable than regular cotton. Denim, due to its thickness, needs to be ironed at a high temperature to remove all creases and creases.
Velvet - You can call velvet a subdivision of fabric because it does come directly from something, but is made from different fabrics like rayon, cotton, silk, etc. It's thick and warm and very comfortable in winter. It's also durable. Velvet requires special care and proper handling. Remember, not all of these can be washed in the washing machine. Best to check the instructions first.
In addition, other natural fabrics include leather, terry cloth, linen, corduroy, etc.
Synthetic fiber cloth
The fibers of synthetic fabrics come either directly from inorganic materials or from a combination of organic materials and chemicals. Its fibers come from glass, ceramics, carbon, etc.
Nylon - Nylon is very strong. Because it is stretchable in nature, nylon will regain its shape and be durable as well. The fibers in nylon are smooth and dry easily. It is also lighter than other fibers. Unlike natural fabrics, it does not absorb moisture, so it is not breathable. Will sweat, not suitable for summer.
Polyester - This synthetic fiber is also strong and stretchy. With the exception of microfibers, polyester cannot absorb moisture. It doesn't wrinkle either.
Other synthetic fibers are spandex, rayon, acetate, acrylic, polar fleece, etc.
